Dave and his wife provide outstanding customer service and really know their stuff when it comes to maintaining and growing a healthy lawn. I had bent grass all through my lawn and they quickly identified the problem, developed a plan of attack and corrected the issue. My lawn had to be totally refurbished because previous lawn care "experts" did not identify the bent grass and our lawn became sicker with each passing year. My wife and I are very happy with Lawn Doctor and have signed on for our 3rd year of service. If any issues ever arise, Lawn Doctor will address it right away and correct the problem. ~ Richard B

I’ve been using Lawn Doctor of Midland-Bay City for a while now, and the difference in my yard is night and day. Before they started, I was struggling with patchy spots and persistent weeds that just wouldn't quit. Now, my grass is thick, incredibly green, and looks great! The Power Seeding service was a total game-changer for my yard. I had several stubborn thin areas that just wouldn't fill in on their own, but after the Power Seeding, the density of the lawn is unbelievable. Lawn Doctor does a very good job treating my lawn. They treated grub infestation , treated the red thread, and applied fertilizer and weed killer as agreed. My lawn looked the best it had since I’ve lived in my current house. The owners do the work themselves each time snd it is easy to communicate with them about question or needs. My old lawn service sent different people out each time and concerns I had were never addressed. I have recommended Lawn Doctor to neighbors and friends. Great people! ~ Charles A

Dave took over the care of my lawn after another lawn service I had that wasn't very dependable and he has been taking care of my lawn for 5 years now. I've been with the Lawn Doctor for a number of years now. Any issues that I may have had in the past have been resolved to my satisfaction. They have been known to be timely and willing to work with me with my requests. I've used them on more than one occasion beyond my scheduled lawn treatments and couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome of the services provided. We called the Lawn Doctor because our previous lawn service let our shaded areas deteriorate into dirt! The Lawn Doctor was able to get grass back into those areas and revive the entire lawn to the best it's looked in years. Our lawn went from worst in the neighborhood to first. We have had lawn doctor for at least 5 years now. We have tried many other places and they are the best. Our lawn looks great every year and we always get compliments on it. We also have 2 large dogs and it still looks great. We sit on 3/4ths of an acre and cost is very reasonable. They have also seeded our yard and that turned out great too. I'm the president of Sanford Little League and we chose Lawn Doctor to be our lawncare provider for a 19 acre park that was rebuilt after the 2020 flood. They do a fantastic job caring for our 8 fields and some common areas. Lawn Doctor has helped us control our weeds for 3 years now! They always let us know in advance when they will be spraying which helps with our dog and if bad weather they will come the following day and leave a receipt hanging on door if we are not home.
